Fenny Stratford canalside improvements

In 2024 a new electric and service bollard was installed in Fenny Stratford (Grand Union Canal). The Project funded by Bletchley & Fenny Stratford Town Council and the Canal and River Trust (CRT) with Bedford & Milton Keynes Waterway Trust (BMK).

MK Canals is now project managing the later stages of the project, working with volunteers to reclaim the derelict towpath and install signage.

Planting is happening in March/April this year (2025) and we look forward to the official opening in May.
